GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
This contract binds the car rental agency, hereinafter referred to as the "lessor," and the natural or legal person who signed this contract, hereinafter referred to as the "lessee."
Use of the vehicle: The renter agrees not to allow the vehicle to be driven by anyone other than themselves or those approved by the lessor and for whom they are responsible. It is forbidden to transport a number of passengers exceeding that specified in the insurance.
Required documents: Drivers must provide A valid identity card, A valid passport, A credit card in the driver's name, The driver's license of the driver.
Rental conditions: The minimum age required to rent a vehicle is 23 years old. The driver must hold a valid driver's license for more than two years. In case of non-presentation of these documents at the time of vehicle pickup, the rental company reserves the right to refuse the rental. The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was delivered. The use of tracks is prohibited with a rental vehicle, except for 4x4s.
Insurance: Our vehicles include comprehensive insurance with a deductible in case of an accident. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
Mechanical problems: In case of a mechanical problem, you must immediately inform the rental agency, whose mobile number is listed on the rental agreement. towing and replacement vehicle is included at no cost.
Vehicle documents: The lessor will provide all the necessary documents for the vehicle's circulation. If these documents are not returned, the rental will continue to be charged at the initial rate until their return. In case of loss, the tenant will bear the duplication costs as well as the immobilization of the vehicle.
Responsibility: The tenant remains solely responsible for fines, violations, and reports issued against them.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup. Full refund for prepaid reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-show policy: If you do not pick up the vehicle "no-show - NOSHOW" and do not cancel, and in case of failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, the rental agency reserves the right to refuse the rental and a one-day rental fee will be charged.
