GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
This contract binds location-voiture.ma, hereinafter referred to as the "renter," and the natural or legal person who has signed this contract, hereinafter referred to as the "tenant."
Use of the vehicle: The renter undertakes not to allow the vehicle to be driven by anyone other than himself or those approved by the lessor, for whom he guarantees, and to use the vehicle solely for personal needs. It is prohibited to carry more passengers than specified in the contract, under penalty of forfeiting the benefit of insurance. 
Required Documents: Drivers must provide: A valid ID card, A valid passport, A credit card in the driver's name, The driver's license of the driver and any additional driver (originals only). A copy of the documents will be kept in our rental records.
Rental Conditions: The minimum age required to rent a vehicle is 23 years. The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for more than two years. If these documents are not presented to the renter when picking up the vehicle, the renter reserves the right to refuse the rental. The tenant must return the vehicle in the same condition as when it was delivered. The tenant is responsible for parking and road fees. Vehicle damage is only covered upon presentation of an accident report within 24 hours. It is forbidden to use tracks with a rental vehicle, except for 4x4s.
Insurance: Comprehensive insurance with a deductible in the event of an accident. Civil liability. People transported. Theft of the vehicle. Fire and glass breakage. An accident report is mandatory for any accident.
Mechanical Problems: In the event of a mechanical problem, you must immediately inform the rental company, the phone number of which is on the rental agreement. Any authorization for repairs or vehicle replacement must be requested and granted by the renter.
Vehicle Repatriation: It is strictly forbidden to abandon the vehicle. In the case of material impossibility, the vehicle must be repatriated at the tenant's expense and responsibility. The rent will remain due until the vehicle is returned
Vehicle Documents: The renter will provide the registration and all necessary documents for the vehicle’s circulation. If these documents are not returned, the rental will continue to be billed at the initial price until they are returned. In the event of loss, the tenant will bear the cost of duplication, as well as the immobilization of the vehicle.
Responsibility: The tenant remains solely responsible for any fines, penalties, and tickets issued against him.
Booking Confirmation: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable terms and conditions for specific products and services. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and confirm all booking details within 2 hours of completing the booking. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the booking as it is.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees for cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up. Full refund for pre-paid bookings canceled at least 48 hours in advance. If the booking was made less than 48 hours before pick-up, the cancellation policy automatically applies if canceled.
No-Show Policy: If you do not pick up the vehicle and do not cancel, no refund will be granted. A "no-show" is defined as not picking up the car within 12 hours of the scheduled time or not providing the required documentation and a credit card with sufficient funds for the security deposit.
Refund Policy: No refund will be granted in case of no-show or failure to provide the required documents. The rental agency reserves the right to refuse the rental to customers who do not show up on time with all necessary documents.
Pricing and Availability: Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. If you cancel your booking, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
